50 Minute Prenatal and Postnatal Class

Calling all Mamas! Join the club!

Not only is Kaileigh van Horne a mom of 3, she also is prenatal and postnatal exercise specialist who loves working with moms through pregnancy and the transition back to exercising post birth. She believes that this season of life is special as well as a drastic change for all moms. The importance of exercising during and after pregnancy safely and effectively is the gift she loves to share.

The Athletic Club will offer Mama Club programs! These will be for pregnant women as well as women who are 5 weeks- 16 weeks postpartum. The major focus will be pelvic floor health, deep core activation, proper form, community/support group and a big emphasis on teaching how do I work out in this season of life . It will give you the strength you need to not only meet the demands of motherhood but thrive!

We currently aren’t hosting a regular schedule mama club. However, if you are looking for personal training or putting a small group together please reach out for availabilty.
