50 Minute Class
The Athletic Club delivers a unique 50-minute workout each day. The workout is designed to increase your strength, energy levels, boost your mood and help you become your healthiest version yet. We pair weight training with endurance to gain strength while also getting your heart rate elevated! The classes will challenge you, however, there are numerous modifications your instructor will share to meet you at your personal fitness level. We also limit our class sizes to ensure everyone receives proper instruction and form correction. Get ready to make The Athletic Club your second home with these addicting workouts!
